No joke, I got reprimanded because I didnt fake laugh enough in calls. They got on someone else because they, "couldnt hear their smiles" when they audited the calls. They can control call flow and will leave you for HOURS w/ nothing, sink your stats and then bombard you with back to back calls, and then blame you. Also there's a point system that can get you giftcards. It gave me the giftcards, took my points but also took it out of my paycheck, $100. I was never reimbursed and no they dont tell you it comes out of your check.
